I only quibble with “has gone” as if it’s just happened now. I’d go with “has been rogue from day one” (or prior if you count his audition memo).

Agreed. At the VERY minimum, he’s been rogue since the letter that he sent summarizing the Mueller Report. But it was clear from his confirmation hearing that he was going to be there to defend Trump, and not the United States.
