You are right Madame Speaker. I would add, if Puerto Rico were a state you would have 5 more Hispanic Congresspersons and an increase by 50% of Hispanic US Senators. PR has voted twice for statehood in the last 7 years. Grant equal rights to PR that only statehood can provide.

May we remind Speaker Pelosi that Congress approved a law in 2014 because for the 1st time in history Congress acknowledged that the majority want statehood. It's her responsibility to bring this matter to the floor as she has done for DC.
