That's for a presidential candidate to sell the public and to negotiate with the House and a Senate majority if one can be found. There are however a ton of quick fixes would drop the price of ACA care quickly in the short term. Even if M4A was enacted today, years to start.

I have often thought if we all had the coverage they have, we would be in good shape. Any time I do a prior authorization for Federally insured people it goes right through. Any other type, mostly denied and I have to fight for my patients.
