That wouldn’t stop what’s happening at the border. If that’s what you want to advocate for, fine, but with zero hope of removal it’s absurd to suggest that’s the remedy for these inhumane immigration policies.

Right now the subpoenas don’t mean much when witnesses refuse to show up and the ones that do refuse to answer questions. There are no repercussions.
