Nancy Pelosi is so smart, so proper, with such high integrity and ethical standards. She is tough as nails when she needs to be but silky smooth and articulate. She is not always right but politics is an art and not a science. Pelosi plays chess while Trump is playing checkers.

No doubt Trump definitely deserves to be impeached. Much worse than acts by Nixon. The dilemma is that if the Senate acquits him, does that create prosecution problems for prosecutors after Trump loses in 2020? I am quite interested in Prof. Tribe’s idea for a House trial.

I think I’ve heard that impeachment and indictment out of office do not exclude each other, but I’d be glad to know for sure.
