Pelosi may be late to the party, but she did move forward on the resolution of disapproval that Trump just vetoed. Dont let the perfect be the enemy of the good - it’s hard to build coalitions when you’re attacking people who only half agree with you.

Impeach only if enough Repubs will join, otherwise if he is found not guilty and impeachment fails, then Dems have an awful defeat too close to the 2020 election. To impeach Teflon man, has to be very soon with enough Repubs on board, with evidence that is irrefutable. Tall order
