Transgender people have a 40% suicide rate. Do you think it’s good to go into battle w someone who not only might die, but has basically a 50/50 chance or ending their own life? It’s not about their personal choices. It’s about a military not rooted in identity politics.

Your statistic Is for attempted, it is due to discrimination. There are 130,000 transgender veterans. Currently 15,000 serving. They’re are not a problem, top military officials did not find it a problem. Trump lied.https://www.usatoday.com/story/opinion/2019/04/02/donald-trump-transgender-ban-morally-wrong-disrupt-military-column/3291420002/ …

I understand this and I am all for integration, but I do NOT agree with the LGBTQ communities trying to change rules that have been in place since 1776(earlier in national guard). If you can't live by the rules of the military and can't adhere to them then maybe reconsider.

Umm , ya can’t join with flat feet either .. did you forget what the word “Uniformed” Military Setvice means ?? Keep yer mental issues out of the military ...
-
You don’t know what you’re talking about. That hasn’t been the case since WWII. My bro is an army vet. He has the flattest feet I’ve ever seen.

I don’t think you get it. Military exclude THOUSANDS of people. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, flat feet etc. People who state they are trans is an EXCLUSION. It’s not a RIGHT to serve, it’s a PRIVILEGE. Quit messing in things you don’t understand.
-
And bone spurs?
-
Yep bone spurs too.... I was hoping to explain that there are multiple reasons why folks get excluded. Just tired of everyone getting their feelings hurt when they aren’t included.

Military should not be paying for their transitioning. That is something that can come out of their own pockets. Military will pay for injuries to the people that serve though.

If someone had a genetic history enters the military and then becomes sick should they be discharged? I am thinking Huntington's disease. Their disease could or could not emerge while on active duty.
-
They would be discharged...

Have you given any thought as to what it would mean to the other soldiers? How will they react? What would it do to the effectiveness of the unit? Maybe think about real issues rather than politicizing every little thing in an attempt to oppose Trunp.

Tammy Duckworth, “When I was bleeding to death in my Black Hawk helicopter after I was shot down, I didn't care if the American troops risking their lives to help save me were gay, straight, transgender, black, white or brown. All that mattered was they didn't leave me behind.”

Madame Speaker - HE NEEDS TO GO! He needs to be impeached. He needs to be found "unfit to serve". He is an evil-doer and should not be in OUR HOUSE. When you get back, how about getting even tougher on this guy?? Safe journey in the meantime.
