Every day I am embarrassed that America chose Trump to be our president. He is a disgrace to the office. We deserve better.

the millions of us citizens who voted for him do not have your animosity and hate. He is not a disgrace and he is not an embarrassment. We got what we deserved and thank him for the tireless job he is doing.

After Bill Clinton was impeached in the House by the republicans his approval jumped up 10 points, their approval plummeted and Clinton was re-elected. @SpeakerPelosi is smart to tread lightly on the impeachment . I’m all for the smart play.

Nah, if the service is based on thinking some folks are less than fellow citizens, no thanks is required. I respect those who serve all Americans, not those who use their service to justify judgement of others.

Since you've never served, I'll consider your opinion just that: An uninformed opinion. Meanwhile, I sat on suicide watch 3 times. 2 of the 3 were trans &/or gay males. The military is just not the right place for everyone just because you say so. It's not bigoted, just fact.

This is beyond ignorant. Exclusivity is how you promote discrimination through hive mind tactics, and saying that only the military should get to speak on the issue is doing just that. What about trans members who are/have served? Are they not equally deserving of a voice? (1/2)

And what about the possibility that rhetoric like yours, that they’re only problems who provide nothing to their service, is the reason a lot of them feel driven to suicide? Society, family/friends, and even the one place it shouldn’t matter: They’re still discriminated against.

Don't lay their individual emotional and psychological issues on me, or anyone else. Not every job is for every person. The military is a unique environment - it's not Google or Apple or some start up where individuality matters. It's about not being the weakest link.

Its another way for him to prepurge politically unsupportive troops while he looks for a way to make American military complicit in his family separation policy- he won’t stop with asylum seeker kids either.
