Yep and 29 counties in N.M. have become 2nd Amendment sanctuary counties. It will not be enforced by the majority of the counties in N.M.

Lets see if I have this right: If a State or City declares they are a Sanctuary State/City which does not comply with FEDERAL LAWS on Immigration. Should Feds continue to support these States/Cities with Background checks funded by Federal Dollars?

Um, yes, actually, ALL people are being addressed. True, criminals will find a way to get guns illegally, but law abiding citizens ARE NOT having their guns taken away. Heaven forbid there are better background checks.
And, yes, I am 100% pro-gun ownership. -
I learned to shoot when I was seven-years-old. My children have shot guns. I have no problem with gun ownership, learning to properly handle and respect the weapons. I also have no problem with more thorough background checks. What’s the harm?

The Texas church shooter passed only because the Air Force hadn’t shared what they knew. If congress wants to pas a law that holds the government responsible for sharing info to NICS, I’m all ears. Otherwise stop lying.
