You can’t legislate murder out of the hearts of people. You’re only making things more difficult for law abiding citizens. Criminals do not care about new gun laws. They will still buy the stolen gun, or steal a gun. Or, use a hammer, or knife. If they want to kill, they will.

I'd rather the criminals you reference spend the energy to steal a gun and perhaps get caught first, or practice their knife throwing skills before deciding to commit a much labor intensive mass kniving, or attempt some kind of Thor battle. So yeah, let's make it harder to kill.

Over 99% of crimes committed with a firearm are with illegal weapons. So this law may be effective on .0001 percent while increasing the burden on lawfull gunowners who use theirs for self defense.

It’s bipartisan so there’s no reason Trump would veto it. If he does veto it, there would be enough to override the veto.

Where is you get this bipartisan crap from? The House, and pres has already said they were killing it. You can’t legislate murder out of people. Gun laws only effect law abiding citizens. Criminals will get their weapons by any means necessary. London took guns, murder is up.
