essentially the bill allows indefinite delays on background checks so if a agency is directed for the NICS background checks to be a low priority it could in effect stop all gun purchases. so punishment without due process

I can’t even imagine the pain of losing a loved one to gun violence or any other type of violent crime. The only thing I can think of that would make it worse is if it were committed by someone in our country illegally due to Nancy Pelosi’s unwillingness to protect our border.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I live in the south and every once in a while there is a break in at a sports store and there are always a lot of guns stolen. I’ve heard they are usually being taken up north and being http://sold.You can’t regulate those. Homes targeted too

Speaker, if someone wants to commit a felony crime with a handgun or rifle, nothing is going to stop them. If I go to my local gun shop to buy a gun, a background check is done on the spot. That’s federal law. It works. You’re about politics. And that’s really sad.

If decent legal gun owners give up their guns then only the criminals will have them. Unfortunately, no one cannot stop a criminal.

We have no intention of giving them up the law of the land will always stand. Some of us where taught what it cost to be free others learned it first hand, some have forgotten and others are just completely ignorant to what a Government will do if left uncheck. COME AND TAKE IT!!
