Isn't it curious that someone who declares a national emergency never served even a day in the military, did not live through The Depression, did not witness Pearl Harbor, did not land on the beaches of Normandy — or even the Mekong Delta — & has never suffered a day in his life?

Of course the overwhelming majority of those national emergencies he declared were for natural disasters. Not for funding for an emergency that doesn't actually exist.
