.@AGBecerra is a towering champion of equal justice & tireless fighter for every Americans’ right to quality affordable health care. I look forward to the message of progress he will deliver in the Spanish language response to @realDonaldTrump’s State of the Union. #SOTU

Pandering much? As a born Hispanic I am offended that the official response would be anything but in the official language of the United States.

Right to healthcare. Not right to “affordable healthcare”. You’re paid to lie to the people

Healthcare is not a right. The constitution and bill of rights gives you the opportunities for freedom. What choices you make are yours. I just see someone who wants something for “free”.

We formed this nation out of collective rebellion and collectively formed an army to defend our collective constitution and people. We build roads and infrastructure and a massive military. We build ports and promote commerce. Healthcare is for the well-being of a nation

Letting him? He can have one no matter what she says. He doesn't have to do it in the house. She can not dictate when he address the nation.

Per the Constitution, he can only give State of the Union Address in the House when invited by the Speaker. He can give a speech anywhere else - but it cannot/will not be called or considered a State of the Union address. Civics Class 101.

Although unconventional, he could hold a SOTU elsewhere. No where in the constitution does it require "invitation."

Again. State of the Union happens in the House, invited by the Speaker of said House. He can call it anything he wants to call it (including State of the Union), and speak anywhere he wants to (other than the House, unless invited) ....but it will NOT be State of the Union.

Until you have 2 wait in line for everything & the government gets to tell you what you can and can’t have done. It’s a nightmare. Ask anyone who has lived it. Many will die waiting for the government to decide what they will hand out because there is only so much 💰2 go around.

And only the elite with lots of cash will be able to get quality healthcare without waiting. Everyone else will wait forever for treatment with below average care.
