Don't give him an inch.

Sadly she has not and will not give “him” an inch, hence, the shutdown, lose/lose
-
Not lose/lose. This is all on Trump. His mess.
-
For her to came out and say no before he even said what he was offering should have told you something. Do you think that will be offered again by him once the government is open? No. And it will be closed because they still won’t budge. So yeah. Compromise.
-
And what happens 6 months from now when Trump wants something else? Time for another shutdown? This is all on him. Remember what he said, on camera, to Schumer? "I'll shut it down. It will be on me..." And he can put a stop to it right now if he wanted.
-
Wow most of the govt shutdowns are from Dems! Guess Trump isn’t the only one to hold something out to get what he wants.

Every American is impacted by illegal immigration. So it’s 800,000 vs 300 million. Build the wall.
-
But not every American wants it. No Wall Ms Speaker, the majority of Americans are right behind you
-
Dems wanted it until Trump won on it. It’s transparent resistance that negativity impacts all Americans. Make a deal with DACA and build the wall. Signed, American
-
Please explain why if this wall is sooooo important that is wasn't done over the last TWO YEARS when he had full control of Congress?? Why expect Dems to give something even his party said no to???
-
Trump has been asking for the wall since we the people elected him only to have congress stall at every step. Pelosi claims she is willing to negotiate after the government reopens but all we will get is more of the same inaction. Build the wall, and enact term limits.

Thank you. It's a simple solution

What kind of leader starves their own people? Denies them of their livelyhoods and requires them to work without getting paid? While trying to walk back the lie of taking full responsibility for it all?.

False. Republicans shut the government down in 2018 after the Senate passed a bill to reopen the government 100 - 0 Then Trump reneged This is a Trump tantrum
-
False, the senate never passed a bill to reopen the government 100-0
-
It was a stop funding bill to avoid the shutdown ... Jan 19 Unanimously passed So stand corrected. The government shutdown would have been avoided before it started
-
The only stopgap spending bill I can find was unveiled by a republican in December, which would fund the government until January 19th. It didn’t have enough democratic votes to pass the senate
-
Even with truth staring them in the face, they still follow
#RadicalRacistPresident -
I’m not denying the fact that he choose to shut down the government, I was just confused what was being referred to. Trump shut down the government, but I believe both sides are to blame for it still being shut down.
