Hmm, fence vs wall, fence with comprehensive immigration reform, vs wall with none of that. Gee, these might just be different things.

When increased technology is on the table, and funding for more border patrol, and items that have been asked for directly by the people doing the job on the border, how could they say no?

You know those things have long be requested and supported by both sides, and yet one side says they won't accept less than a wall. Makes you wonder why a solution isn't obvious. Oh wait, it is, it's "no wall"

And the other side is just saying “NO” altogether. If they approved of this back in 2006 and some of the barriers have been put up, why not finishe the job and add on where it is needed?

So let me get something straight. You want the State of the Union delayed because of security issues but you won’t open government because you don’t want security at the border. You want security for yourself but don’t care about America’s security. What am I missing?
