Trump needs to sign an executive order to set term limits on Congress and the Senate. A president only gets 8 years max... Congress and the Senate are given a lifetime and still accomplish nothing but building their bank accounts.

Given that term limits are set by the Constitution, Trump literally cannot do that, and to even attempt it could be argued as impeachable since it’s a clear violation of the most important laws of America. Only an Amendment can change it.
