Won’t happen cuz Senate won’t pass it & Trump wouldn’t sign if they did. But putting great bills out for House to pass is still important cuz it sets stage in which Americans will demand it of their candidates for Congress and Prez in 2020. We have 2 yrs to educate electorate.
