we can only hope! I would encourage the congress to insist he gets drug tested! Or at least get an evaluation on his mental stability!
I would like to see much stricter rules in our govt in general. For one, no personal Twitter to harass and commit libel. He's broken the rules, yet he gets away with it because of his power. An average person gets banned quickly. He should be accountable like the rest of us.
