Republicans control the House, the Senate, & the White House. But instead of honoring his responsibility to the American people, @realDonaldTrump threw a temper tantrum & convinced the @HouseGOP to push our nation into a destructive #TrumpShutdown during the holiday season.
.@realDonaldTrump has said more than 25 times that he wanted a #TrumpShutdown and now he has gotten what he wanted.
Democrats have offered Republicans multiple proposals to keep the government open, including one that already passed the Senate unanimously, & all of which include funding for strong, sensible, & effective border security – not the president's ineffective and expensive wall.
If @realDonaldTrump & Republicans choose to continue this #TrumpShutdown, the new House Democratic majority will swiftly pass legislation to re-open government in January.
No president under investigation should be allowed to nominate, appoint or sign a bill or an executive order! Perhaps you need to consult with a constitutional lawyer to stop this madman!

Do you want border security or a wall? Most drugs come in at ports of entry, and most undocumented immigrants overstay visas. Money spent on a wall is money not spent on real problems.

Sure, because all of those drugs came via the southern border alone. None were prescription drug abuse, none were combination reactions, none of those drugs came from drug house manufacturers in America? (BTW My post was sarcasm).
Also, how many of the increased drug deaths in the last two years are the result of people attempting to escape the despair which the man in the WH engenders, encourages, and amplifies every day?
