When presented as a 1 party plan I take that as partisan. I just wish it was an our plan instead of one side or the other. Just wanting better from both sides. And yes if anyone is violating the constitution it needs addressed.

You're never going to get bipartisan cooperation here. Republicans are hyper partisan these days and will *never* do anything to move against Trump, even if it's blatantly obvious it's the right thing.
