Because he didn't fail. Hurricanes are horrible. Living on an island and not being smart enough to protect the infrastructure was unbelievable. But what takes the cake is the corruption that occurred after by the dem leaders. What did you do to help? Do tell.

Trump is right on the death toll. Directly from the storm was small. He is wrong on current death toll, which was from the failure of the PR government to maintain and repair basic services due to years of corruption. The sick/injured couldn't get help because roads were gone.
