Separate issue which has nothing to do with the approximately 1/2 of American workers who have no 401Ks.

They have to rely on social security which Congress bankrupted, Pelosi and the other leaders in Congress let it happen. I don’t trust Them so I am saving for retirement on my own.

When you Google, you can choose from dozens of outlets, put them all together, weigh, discern, and decide. When you get all info from ONLY either right OR left, it's a thinking limitation. You and I have more in common than not.
