You either have no shame and are intentionally lying about the leaked draft Title IX policies, or you are embarrassingly uneducated about what has been proposed. Either way, call me one seriously unimpressed California resident.

Yeah. It's called due process. There are more than a few of us who think some of you folks in Congress ought to experience it first hand.
-
Due prices is a mythical process that does not exist.
-
Not clear why you’d say it’s “mythical.” Flexible yes, depending on the importance of the state’s identified interest and the significance of the right potentially infringed upon. But I would not define it as “mythical.”

As a lifelong democrat and financial supporter of the party -- NO. DeVos is simply calling for accusers to be afforded a modicum of due process rights (the essence of a just and fair system).https://twitter.com/NancyPelosi/status/1035270865078956032 …

read the comments to the NYT article @NancyPelosi . huge # of people like me who hate Trump, hate DeVos, but fully support these badly needed reforms. The weaponisation of TIX has to stop.

And you have consistently worked to undermine the interests of the American citizens you are supposed to represent in favor of illegal aliens, and have been negligent in you duties to boot (passing legislation without reading it). You wouldn't know about the interests of students
-
So you’re okay with DeVos’ proposed changes to Title IX?

Wow fair hearing that is called undermining. Allowed to effectively defend yourself present evidence at a hearing that determines the rest of your life is undermining. This is America and everyone has the right to defend themselves oh... except in colleges, when you are male

It’s called due process. You can look that up in something called the Constitution.

It’s already hard enough to prove and prosecute rape and sexual assault; the Brock Turner’s of the world aren’t the one’s that deserve support, compassion, and protection.

You do realize students that didn’t have any sexual contact are getting labeled sexual predators because of flaws in the process and incompetent school administrators. 4 out of context text messages are enough to destroy someone’s future.
