A) Pelosi is in the HOUSE, nominees are confirmed in the SENATE. B) Republicans had a Senate MAJORITY, we are the Senate MINORITY. C) We would be the Sen majority if it weren't for 100k voters in CO and NC in 2014, or 100k voters in PA, WI, NC in 2016.

That “GOP conservative majority” was voted in by the people. I know how it feels to be in your situation though...was feeling that during the previous 8 yrs of obama & co. and especially when HE chose TWO Supreme Court justices!!

The GOP conservative majority was NOT voted in by the people. in 2012, Dems got more votes than the GOP, and still lost the house. Trump lost the PV. And the Senate is messed up because Wyoming has the same number of senators as Texas.

No, it did not magically happen, but it would not have lasted if there was no gerrymandering. And 2-3 states DID decide the election: MI, WI PA.

Kennedy was good on some family and women's rights decisions. But was awful on individuals versus corporations, corruption and wrote the Citizens United decision which affirmed a corporate right to bribe and extort favors from politicians. We need to do better.
