I live near the border. I've worked w/law enforcement. Coyotes are usually men, not nursing moms. The mistreatment is by ICE. 150 health violations at holding facilities. If its kids you worry about put them in hospitals/hotels, NOT cages. 45 not golfing 1 time will pay for it.
