I have a family of 6. We were all looking forward to Animal Crossing before this limitation was announced. No we probably won't get it. The fights just aren't worth it. That being said, instead of raging on the Internet we're just living without that game.

What's wrong with sharing the same island in a family? The DS game had you in the same town and house. Sharing the island with your family should be fun.

Nintendo pretty much confirmed my decision to never get married and have kids.
-
Why not ? I just want to see if it lines up with my reasons

I don’t care about that, I’m just still annoyed that there is no cloud saves for no legitimate reason.
-
I'm still salty about that as well. Similar to pokemon, cloud saves on this game would be one of the easiest ways to sell that feature of NSO since towns/islands are really important to players and anything that can insure it's safely will generate tons of attention

Nah the thing we should be talking about is the lack of cloud saves or any form of backup saving. Now THAT is a real problem.

Another dumb Nintendo "Controversy"
-
It’s a seemingly silly restriction, I could never have shared one with my sibling if we played it back when we were younger. I’m already over it and wouldn’t call it controversy worthy, but why can’t they just make it per user
