    Yep. Personally I feel that instead of being passive to "imposed" change, senior clinicians from all disciplines should be meeting together and discussing how we work and how we can improve without adversely affecting each other. Like eg when stroke and ED and X-ray collaborate

    I'm going to disagree with you(not like me I know) I think what we need is not so much hope, as belief. In the NHS we have been burdened with lots of in many cases unevidenced change and we are tired of it. Need to stop silo working and believe together we can change for better
