The Hubble is not designed to take pictures of earth. It's like you said "A microscope can take photos of cells but can't take a photo of my complete hand" It's not designed to do so. There's satellites dedicated to taking pictures of earth. Look at those photos instead.

Hubble isn’t pointed towards earth. There’s no reason to point it towards earth if it can at all. Also, it probably wouldn’t be able to focus on Australia.
