If it exploded there would be no more telemetry, I guess engine failure as clearly thrust was lost close to battery hot-swap. Maybe also hot-swap failed and turbopumps lost power.

And at about t+6 mins it suddenly stopped accelerating and started to decelerate.... Definitely not good:(
