@WaywardPlane &@WaywardBoat Any plans either of you have for Wednesday after 11 am near southern Florida? -
I'm always interested in Florida.

This thread is awesome!
-
@OcTVo82 Welcome! You should visit Florida and see it personally - It’s the greatest experience seeing Falcon in action -
I would love to watch to! Unfortunately, the exchange rate makes it very expensive for us South Africans, but I'm saving up. Maybe in a couple of years once FH is flying regularly, I'll be able to join you guys!

Awesome!!!! You are welcome any time! Let us know when you are coming! - I would love to visit Cape Town

Plus their are likely to be reindeers flying around this time of year
-
The reindeers still haven't undergone their static fire, so unlikely to be flying until nearer the end of the year.
-
@elonmusk Well delays seem to be fashionable at the moment. Will check SpaceXNow for reindeer static fire status and droneship availability.

-
So “presently” all systems are a go?
-
Presently being the operative word. All depends on Falcon and Soyuz

Yes. Geminids would be peaking the night of Dec 13 through the early morning hours of Dec 14.

I don't think that this will affect the launch timing. The risk is just too small.
