        Stop doing 'high school experiments' on the ISS, tow it to a lunar orbit & colonize the moon. This would cost less & as such be attainable.

        ISS protected from radiation by earth's magnetic field. Moon has none

        Why not ensure the ISS orbit has the moon between it & the sun? A Mars mission has similar problems, that's why I see the moon as a 1st goal
