When will @SpaceX start delivering astronauts to and from the ISS though?
-

-
they can't, it is reserved to the russian space agency with the progress vehicle.
-
Nearly everything is wrong in that sentence. Dragon 2's primary purpose will be ferrying astronauts. And the manned russian craft is Soyuz.
-
sorry my bad progress is their unmanned pod. And it's just that they are the only ones to still bring people to space. US don't anymore
-
They will be - that's what the commercial crew contracts are for.

It seems to have survived to a heavily burning reentry. I wonder what kind of checks one can do to make sure that everything went well.

-
(By the way, I should probably have said: “The dragon seemed to have been on fire!”

LOL

did the reentry burnt so intense that it cut the pod? could be a problem
-
