it's always just six seasons away

Sure, but when she's operational, she'll be demanding spacecraft to launch!

And a launchpad that can handle her

-
Launch and landing pads ready.
-
AFAIK not yet, LC-39a can't handle FH yet. It'll be modified as soon as SLC-40 is up and running again (NET this summer).
-
39A can handle FH, but the TEL needs modding to host three cores. Mods start when 40 is ready to take F9 launches again, as you note.

-
Yeah, I normally count 39A and TEL as one because the TEL belongs to 39a and F9 requires both ^^

@elonmusk What are the differences between a Falcon Heavy center core and a typical Falcon 9? -
Attachment points for the side boosters? Maybe some internal reinforcement?
-
cross feeding of propellant from the boosters to extend the center core engine burn
-
Planned but in future
-
-
No. Crossfeed may be years out. They don't need it at the current performance level of the Falcon cores.
-
Tweet unavailable
-
Yep. Not as good as crossfeed, but it just isn't needed anymore with the current second stage design.
