Sorry to break your heart, but the Canada Arm will only be useful till this year. Dragon 2 doesnt need that arm, it will dock automatically.

Yes. Here's a photo of a camera setup on the same hatch (from July 2011). As far as I'm aware, each CBM hatch on ISS has a window.pic.twitter.com/wguxMNW3X6
