    I feel so lucky today because I saw a terrestrial flatworm for the first time. Ever since I learned about planarians in high school I wanted to see one... No, I didn't take a photo because my hands were dirty and I didn't want to touch my phone. 😭

    I've done a lot of image processing, especially from 's snapshot survey, but man, I do not remember this one even though I got an acknowledgement for it. I was like hey cool, I haven't seen that one before!

    Hubble caught a glimpse of two interacting galaxies, called Arp 91, locked in a dangerous dance more than 100 million light-years from Earth! In this image, we see how immense gravitational attraction is causing these galaxies to interact:

    if you sell your art as NFTs you are not doing a good thing. probably you need money, and great if you can get it for your art, but man, it's gonna be hard for me to be friends with you if you do it with NFTs. don't get scammed, and don't be complicit in the scam.

    man, they really ought to do a mosaic of the Iris Nebula with Hubble for one of its anniversaries

    Hubble is looking at the Star HD-200775 with Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (STIS/CCD) for Dr. Marjorie Decleir.
