Agreed on all fronts. Ideally I’d like to get an old Victorian somewhere cheap and raise a bunch of kids. You can get gorgeous old homes with 7 rooms in nice neighborhoods for under 250k in the Midwest. Maybe get a plot of land outside of town as a family retreat/hobby farm

I’d like kids to share rooms tbh. Prevent themselves from spending years locked away in their room. I know I made that mistake myself and regret it deeply. Need a home with lots of life and many children do just that.
