Our Cerro Matoso mine in northern Colombia has been operating for more than 30 years and is a major producer of nickel which is used to make stainless steel. These bags each hold two tonnes of nickel and are ready to be shipped to our customers around the world.

Our teams have been working hard with our local communities to understand how we can help them respond to COVID-19. We’ve donated 3,500 packs of food and medical supplies to the Mayor's Office of Montelíbano to support the communities surrounding our operation.

We’ve introduced thermal imaging cameras at our TEMCO operation in Tasmania, allowing us to check people’s temperatures as they arrive at work while maintaining a safe distance. This is just one of the measures we’ve introduced to help keep our people safe and well.

Shout out to our Worsley Alumina team for spreading the festive spirit in their local town of #Collie. The team helped deliver the annual Seniors Christmas Party, which provides over 700 meals for the elderly, and volunteered to help pack Christmas hampers for those in need.
