    A miracle happened today! I heard my wife's alarm, and it was suspicious because mine rings at 4:30, a few hours earlier (basically meaning, I had slept in!). Startled, I turned to check my phone... phone was off. My alarm had synced to her phone somehow! 🤯

    You really need to start taking your health seriously, if aren’t already so; Exercising 2 to 3 times a week, and making sure that you are properly nourishing your body. If you don’t make time for your wellness, you’ll be forced to make time for your illness.

    Most people think that having a routine will: leave them feeling trapped, bored, or that it will get tiring. What they fail to understand is a routine will: set you free, open up opportunities, and prepare you for success.

    There exists many different, possible stressors in this world, don’t allow yourself to add to the list. My very wise sister, once told me “life is simple, it is people that make it complicated”. Peace and love 🙏🏿❤️

    Update for everyone: It is now 4 years that I’ve been eating plant-based, I have not yet starved (thank goodness), I still have my strength (stronger than I’ve ever been), and I don’t feel drained and weak all of the time (never felt better). Very grateful 🙏🏿❤️

    People are too damn comfortable! If you’re ok with not growing, if you do not care about personal development; becoming a better you... that’s cool. But if you will something; a life that’s better for yourself, it’s all up to you to get out of your comfort zone.

    I am a strong believer in, your actions speaking louder than your words. Don’t just tell me, or at least don’t limit it to, that. I need to see and feel, that what you are doing aligns with what you are saying.

    Who are we to justify others pain or loss, and to say whether or not they are valid? Everyone has gone through some sort of loss, or grief; saying things out of anger, hate, or misunderstanding can be insensitive, even harmful, to others. One love. 🙏🏿❤️

    If it were easy, everyone would be able to do it. I challenge myself each morning to get up at 4:30; a voice in my head says I should go back to sleep, or stay in bed a bit longer, but I’ve made a commitment to myself, and I will stick to it, every, single, day.

    I’m amazed! A family member of mine had colorectal cancer (thankfully, beat it) and the doctor told them, it had nothing to do with their diet... this person heavily ate these foods, and continues to do so. Be conscious of what you eat. Health, is Wealth.

    To eat healthier, stop allowing unhealthy foods to be so readily available. If you want to get rid of old habits that aren’t helping you grow; look into new habits that align with what you want, or where you want to be. Take control of your destiny!
