    Spoke Nuclear Policy Symposium & agreed on the need to communicate NATO's nuclear mission & deterrence. Being proactive, open & transparent reduces risk. NATO’s aim is a world free of nuclear weapons, but that as long as they exist, will remain a nuclear Alliance.
