On May 31, at appx 5:03 PM, a BLM protester was shoved to the ground by a member of the SF Sheriff's Dept. My office has opened a criminal investigation. If anyone has relevant video/can identify the suspect/witnesses/victims in the video below, email districtattorney@sfgov.orghttps://twitter.com/caseylc9/status/1267285516262596608 …

So everyone is guilty first and have no right to a trail is what your saying. Again you are wrong and putting out misleading information.

When a truck driver gets in an accident. That’s it. Job over. It doesn’t matter whose fault it is. Trucking companies have a zero tolerance policy for even the appearance of unsafe driving. The rules for law enforcement should be just as strict.

Your making a comparison to another industry. A vehicle accident in most cases is a civil matter and they are investigated to determine fault. Your statements seem to be reference as guilty first without an investigation. Again you put misleading information.

SF DSA I am calling on you to follow the lead of Party City and advocate for a zero tolerance policy for hate and disregard for basic human rights and dignity among sheriffs in SF and law enforcement generally. https://twitter.com/partycity/status/1271244732199587841?s=21 …https://twitter.com/PartyCity/status/1271244732199587841 …
