I understand all that, but for the small creator w/o lawyer money, the only way to be monetized is to play their stupid games. Is it unfair? yes.
My only point was techincally the media companies are falsely claiming content as in MMB's case is legally used. Because fair use is a part of copyright law exists, claiming this content is stolen and needs permission is against the law. Its not unfair, its illegal.
