I agree w/ you but the fact is, unless you want to pay lawyers, fair use does not hold water w/ YT. If you want to be monetized, you have to get permission to use someone else's stuff, or find workarounds.
Its not a matter of aggreeing with me. The law is still on the creators side. We just dont have money for a legal battle. Fair use is a legal term reffering to exactly what rick does. Education and transformative work. Reciew purposes are also included in the terminology.
I understand all that, but for the small creator w/o lawyer money, the only way to be monetized is to play their stupid games. Is it unfair? yes.
