One of the most underrated careers in Web3 is that of a collab manager. There are so many mediocre ones and not enough rockstars. Who are the best collab managers you know ? I'm looking for the best ones to invite to speak on

The metaverse is the next iteration of internet I've been thinking a lot about the future of religion and philosophy in the metaverse Looking for some great thinkers to interview for my podcast on the topic but most of them don't actively spend time in Web3

As Web3 proliferates, it's likely that we may never see another big tech corporation like Apple, Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, etc., in the future This can be exciting, but unless we get really good at decentralized decision making, it can also have downsides

I'm super excited to say that InPeak Genesis Holders will soon be able to put on their own token-gated events, workshops and courses on the platform. This can be a game changer for founders, educators, Web3 coaches, and thought leaders monetizing their knowledge ๐Ÿ˜Š

Hmmm, the more I think about it the more I'm convinced that there is not that much of a difference between human and AI understanding. We're just trained on a richer database and if AI has the same level of access to our experiences it can easily supersede us.

AI understanding is limited to the data it's been given and its algorithms, while human understanding is more intuitive based on complex information that tends to be more creative and adaptive, allowing us to make connections and draw conclusions not necessarily available to AI."

"The main difference between human and AI understanding is that AI understanding is based on the data it has been given and its algorithms, while human understanding is based on a combination of cognitive abilities, knowledge, and experience.

I often think about how human understanding is different from AI's understanding. I asked GP3 if it understands my text and it said yes, so I asked it how its understanding was different from human understanding Here's what it said and my thoughts! ๐Ÿงต ๐Ÿ‘‡

A new work culture is emerging in Web3 communities. It's a continuation of the previous flat hierarchy that we saw emerge from Silicon Valley, with wearing t-shirts and sitting with everyone else in an open office. As a Web3 founder the community is actually your boss.

Big brands coming into Web3 often copy other brands, instead of learning from Web3 native communities. This is a mistake, they did the same thing with social media and ended up being late to the party.

I asked GP3 if technology will replace humans. Here is what it said: "It is unlikely. While technology has the potential to automate many tasks and processes, there will always be a need for human creativity, ingenuity, and problem-solving." Do you believe the answer?

I don't believe in luck. Success is built on: โ€ข hard work and dedication โ€ข setting clear goals โ€ข developing a plan to achieve them โ€ข staying focused and motivated โ€ข seeking support and guidance โ€ข lifelong learning โ€ข being able to adapt and change โ€ข being persistent

6. Reward yourself. Finally, remember to reward yourself for making progress and achieving your goals. This can help reinforce positive behaviour and keep you motivated. It doesn't have to be anything too fancy. For me a hot chocolate on a Friday evening is good enough.
