What are the cool kids doing with their DAI and @CurveFinance to maximize their APY these days?

Just do DAI -> Curve pool -> deposit Curve LPs to Yearn vault.
So basically go here (https://www.curve.fi/gusd/deposit ) and do a "Deposit", not a "Deposit and stake in gauge", and then deposit the crvGUSD in Yearn?

Exactly correct. Yearn’s crown jewel is their boosts on Curve. Makes it more effective to stake LPs in their vaults than it does to solo-stake LPs in Curve gauges in almost every case.
