No, 200 Gb is not sufficient, it is currently sufficient to store state history and indices. But you usually also store the blockchain (another 175 Gb), then receipts (if you query logs), which is another 160 Gb or something. Currently all in all it is 700 Gb.

I have not plotted yet how it grows, we might do it one day. The growth does accelerate, because block gas limit increases. But there are way to make this growth have less impact. We just need to focus on it :)
