Turkey's awakening the African continent to throw away the colonial remnants and be prepared for mutual relations which they never experienced. And that what makes Turkey familiar to the hearts of the people. Excellent approach!

Turkey's fluid foreign policy allows it to be anything to anyone at their moment of interest. Eg. They'll be great Muslim saviours and a vocal strong supporter of Palestine but still have thriving relations with Israel. They've mastered geopolitics and are guaranteed upper hand

There's nothing wrong with Turkey seeking its portion in Africa after all every nation has its interests. While the west is imperialistic, the East is debt trapping, the Turkish model of mutual respect and winning the hearts and minds might work best for both Africa & Turkey.
