@alexeyguzey, although tbh I took a tiny bit of pleasure in thinking that the people who took the book seriously were now so busy sleep-optimizing that they wouldn’t get in our way :-)
My takeaway from his podcast appearances was that I should keep sleeping enough to not be tired. Has that been debunked or am I good?
