Haha, went through this last month. An afternoon sat in front of the freezer aiming the hairdryer at that one draw that’s
firmly frozen shut, to find its only contents is the ice cube tray.

How common is this? I had to defrost the freezer in our first rental, but all the appliances were from the 1940s. Growing up we only had frost free, and so did my friends.
