        I'm pretty sure they can triangulate your position with some accuracy with cell towers alone, more so in urban areas.

        The 3rd Party Doctrine is an antiquated doctrine in a world where an individual has no choice but to use today’s tech and create an on going digital trail each day. It’s perfect for the govt as it by def’n affords no privacy protec to data provided to 3rd pty providers
