As for Snowden, what makes him an expert? If I stole a Michelangelo or Picasso, it wouldn't make me an artist or painter.

If he worked in Picasso's studio and saw that art was made by monkeys, stealing art would help identify forgeries based on brush stroke etc.

Because its a court for spies to get permission to spy in the US. If it was transparent the target would avoid getting caught.

Every judge on the FISA court is a federal district court judge. They all were confirmed by the Senate. Know your facts before talking.
